Bounty and You

Let's revisit our screenshot of the main screen:

The core of your character is represented by these five numbers. While "success" in the game might be based on other numbers, these numbers will let you know if you can or can't do something. They are your character's attributes or "stats". Based vaguely on D&D attributes, they are strength, dexterity, constitution, intelligence, and wisdom. Strength is usually the primary factor in physical attacks, with dexterity acting as the foil, aiding to avoid attacks, both physically and magically. Constitution determines your character's hit points, and fights against magic. Intelligence is usually used for offensive type of magic, while wisdom is for defending against magic.

On the right side, hit points dictate your current physical health. If it reaches zero or below, you died! Don't worry, you'll be resurrected. Mana is an additional requirement for using magic, but if you have plenty of wisdom, you don't need to worry about it.

As Bounty is an important concept to the game, we'll discuss it more in depth in the next section. Experience is accumulated as you attack other players. It allows you to train your attributes, improving your character. Kills, deaths, and fame are simply some gauges to your success. Turns are the fundamental action units in the game. Nearly anything a character does requires a number of turns. You get one turn every five minutes.
